  3. Ongoing Fine Gardening (Route-Based)
    The same vetted crew arrives on a predictable neighborhood route. After each visit you’ll receive photo + checklist updates, irrigation notes, and proactive next steps.
  4. Quiet, Eco-Sensitive Practices
    Battery-powered, low-noise equipment and hand tools where practical; IPM; drip-forward irrigation tuning and water-wise planning.
